I worked with PGM for several years, initially in a full-time role that later transitioned to a very part-time arrangement, and eventually to occasional freelance support requiring only a few hours per quarter, with intermittent breaks. During the earlier phases of the role, there was a strong emphasis on social media publishing across multiple platforms, end-to-end digital content creation—including video shoots, video editing, photography, content writing, and copywriting—as well as community engagement. In later stages, the primary focus shifted to lead generation and ongoing management of the website I created for the company.

The Pacific Granite Instagram account reflects very gradual growth, influenced in part by operating without a dedicated marketing budget. While some growth was achieved through active posting and engagement, scaling the account further would have required either a visible spokesperson to appear in videos or paid promotion driving traffic back to the profile, with the former likely being the most effective long-term approach. With a dedicated marketing budget in place, the account had the potential to grow significantly beyond its current size.
